About A.C.C.E.S.™
Assess. Create. Control. Expand. Strengthen. emerged as the algorithm that guides John and Brian's manual therapy practice.

Seth Shaw
Super Heavyweight & Overall winner of the NPC North American Championships, IFBB Professional Bodybuilder
Working with John Quint over the years (5+) has enabled me to continuously learn how to integrate joint training (CARs, PAILs, RAILs, etc.) into my bodybuilding training split to meet my individual training needs. The effects from this training has allowed me to remain injury free, which as a pro bodybuilder is a unique POSITION to be in. Incorporating this training HAS ENABLED me to train with greater joint ranges of motion at the joint level, allowing me access to train new tissues that prior to this training I would not have access to. This training in conjunction with my bodybuilding training HAS allowed my physique to reach its fullest potential in the safest and quickest way possible.
